1. What CardNeuro is
CardNeuro is a free application available on iOS and Android that helps you maximize credit card rewards by recommending the optimal card for each purchase based on your location, spending category, and the reward rates of your linked cards. CardNeuro is a financial information tool — it does not provide financial advice, and we are not a bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or Canada to use CardNeuro. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your CardNeuro account. Use a strong password and do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately at cardneuron@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Bank connections
You authorize CardNeuro to retrieve your bank transaction data via Plaid on your behalf. This authorization is read-only — CardNeuro cannot initiate transactions, transfers, or payments of any kind. You can revoke this authorization at any time from Settings → Connected Banks.
5. Accuracy of reward rates
CardNeuro uses AI to detect reward rates for your credit cards. While we strive for accuracy, reward rates change and our data may not always reflect the most current rates. Always verify rates with your card issuer before making financial decisions. CardNeuro is not liable for any decisions made based on inaccurate rate information.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the CardNeuro service.
- Use CardNeuro to commit fraud or violate any applicable law.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent any usage limits.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
7. Intellectual property
CardNeuro, including its name, logo, design, and all content, is the property of NeuroSoft, Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
CardNeuro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reward rate data will be accurate at all times. Use CardNeuro as one of many tools in your financial decision-making — not as a sole source of truth.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroSoft, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed rewards, incorrect card recommendations, or service interruptions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email. Continued use of CardNeuro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Refunds and cancellation
CardNeuro is currently a free application. You may stop using CardNeuro and delete your account at any time in Settings. If NeuroSoft, Inc. later offers paid CardNeuro features, refund and cancellation terms for those purchases will be described in this section.
